Due to past experiences, and the fact that the safety of our agents is paramount, we initially ask clients to contact us via our email which is checked frequently over 12 hours a day.

Once a client has been in touch, the case agreed and a deposit paid, we will offer our office telephone number so fast responses can be organised if required.

We are also able to offer an individual cell phone number once on the case if this will help. This is only offered if SMS is actually useful to the investigation.

We would, of course, ask that all contact while on the case is kept to an absolute minimum.

Your email address will never be disclosed to any third party!
